Key Responsibilities
Greet guests promptly with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor
Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
Demonstrate strong knowledge of menu items, specials, cocktails, and allergens
Provide recommendations and upsell food, cocktails, and specials appropriately
Deliver food and beverages efficiently while ensuring presentation and quality standards
Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues immediately
Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas
Handle guest payments accurately and responsibly
Work collaboratively with kitchen, bar, and management teams
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines
Qualifications
Previous serving experience preferred (full-service restaurant experience a plus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Must meet legal age requirements for alcohol service
