Localz Sports Bar & Grill on Beach Drive in downtown St. Pete is hiring a full-time Day Line Cook. Day shifts, mostly 10am-3pm and 10am-6pm, with game-day and weekend shifts when the place is packed.

Responsibilities

  • Cook and plate our full menu to spec during lunch and afternoon service
  • Set up and stock your station, and handle prep for the night crew
  • Keep tickets moving fast and accurate on busy game days
  • Follow food safety and sanitation standards and keep the line clean
  • Close out and break down your station at end of shift

Skills

  • Line cook experience in a high-volume kitchen (bar & grill a plus)
  • Comfortable on grill, fryer, and flat-top
  • Reliable: shows up on time for every scheduled shift
  • Able to stand for a full shift and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Available days, including weekends
