Job Overview
Responsibilities :The Cook’s primary responsibility shall be to grill daily food/menu items, either through preparation ahead of time or upon customer request. They shall ensure items are cooked, per customer specifications and proper safe levels. The position requires the person to be a team player and work safely in a time constrained environment. The Cook position shall defer to the primary food preparer on site.
Skills
Assist in the preparation of food items as directed.
Safely operate equipment such as a grill, deep fryer, and other kitchen equipment as requested.
Balance preparation timing (customer wait time) with cost efficiency.
Maintain a clean workstation(s) during operating hours and properly clean workstation and applicable utensils and equipment at the end of shift.
