Responsibilities
- FOLLOW ALL RECIPES AND PRACTICE PORTION CONTROL, W/ DIRECTION FROM OUR CHEF.
- COOK ALL ORDERS ACCORDINGLY TO FOOD HEATH AND SAFTEY STANDARDS.
- COOK MENU ITEMS IN COOPERATION W/ THE CHEF
- MUST HAVE STRONG TIME MANGMENT SKILLS, FOLLOW A SCHDULE AND MUILTY TASK.
- MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WELL W/ OTHERS AND WORK AS A TOTAL TEAM.
- MAINTAIN A SAFE AND CLEAN WORK AREA AT ALL TIMES.
- CLEAN AFTER EVERY SHIFT AND STOCK AND ROTATE STATION PRIOR TO LEAVING
Skills
- ABLE TO MEMORIZE THE MENU, COMPLEX ORDERS AND FOLLOW RECIPES.
- WORK WELL W/ OTHERS.
- ABILITY TO WORK POSITIVELY IN A FAST PACED KITCHEN
- GRILL, FRYER, KNIFE SKILLS AND B.O.H EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
- GOOD ORGANIZATION SKILLS AND THE ABILITY TO KEEP A CLEAN WORK AREA.
- MUST BE ABLE TO MULTITASK AND KEEP UP W/ THE FLOW OF THE KITCHEN
- ABLE TO SHOW UP ACCORING TO THE SCHEDULE
