Responsibilities 

  • FOLLOW ALL RECIPES AND PRACTICE PORTION CONTROL, W/ DIRECTION FROM OUR CHEF.
  • COOK ALL ORDERS ACCORDINGLY TO FOOD HEATH AND SAFTEY STANDARDS.
  • COOK MENU ITEMS IN COOPERATION W/ THE CHEF
  • MUST HAVE STRONG TIME MANGMENT SKILLS, FOLLOW A SCHDULE AND MUILTY TASK.
  • MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WELL W/ OTHERS AND WORK AS A TOTAL TEAM.
  • MAINTAIN A SAFE AND CLEAN WORK AREA AT ALL TIMES.
  • CLEAN AFTER EVERY SHIFT AND STOCK AND ROTATE STATION PRIOR TO LEAVING

Skills 

  • ABLE TO MEMORIZE THE MENU, COMPLEX ORDERS AND FOLLOW RECIPES.
  • WORK WELL W/ OTHERS.
  • ABILITY TO WORK POSITIVELY IN A FAST PACED KITCHEN
  • GRILL, FRYER, KNIFE SKILLS AND B.O.H EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
  • GOOD ORGANIZATION SKILLS AND THE ABILITY TO KEEP A CLEAN WORK AREA.
  • MUST BE ABLE TO MULTITASK AND KEEP UP W/ THE FLOW OF THE KITCHEN
  • ABLE TO SHOW UP ACCORING TO THE SCHEDULE
