Bartender

Job Overview

Don Rique is looking for an experienced, energetic, and personable bartender to join our growing team. We’re a fast-paced restaurant & bar focused on great cocktails, hospitality, nightlife energy, and creating memorable guest experiences.
We’re looking for someone who:

• Has bartending experience in high-volume environments
• Works well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
• Has strong customer service and communication skills
• Can make classic cocktails consistently and efficiently
• Brings good energy, professionalism, and teamwork
• Is reliable, punctual, and motivated

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages
• Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar
• Provide excellent guest experience and hospitality
• Handle cash/POS transactions accurately
• Assist with opening/closing duties and bar prep
• Follow all safety and alcohol service guidelines

Requirements:

• Prior bartending experience preferred
• Weekend and night availability required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
