Job Overview

We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Line Cook to join our back-of-house team.
This role is all about execution—prepping, cooking, and plating a variety of menu items while keeping up with a fast-paced kitchen environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare and assemble sandwiches, salads, and appetizers
  • Cook and plate soups and pasta dishes
  • Maintain speed and accuracy during busy service hours
  • Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
  • Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service
  • Other duties assigned by management.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous kitchen or line cook experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized under pressure
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
