Job Overview

We’re looking for a talented and passionate Pastry Chef to join our team and help us create delicious and authentic Filipino treats, from the classic leche flan to innovative takes on traditional favorites.
SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Preparation & Baking: Prepare and bake a variety of traditional and modern Filipino desserts.
  • Menu Development: Contribute to creating and refining dessert menus that highlight Filipino ingredients and flavors while staying true to tradition.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all desserts meet high standards of quality, consistency, and taste.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen team and management to ensure timely and smooth service during peak hours.
  • Inventory & Ordering: Maintain a well-stocked inventory of ingredients, keeping track of stock levels, and ordering supplies as necessary.
  • Kitchen Organization: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure all health and safety standards are followed
