Job Summary

SeaFront Baking Company & SeaQuake Brewing are seeking an experienced, motivated, and positive Front of House Shift Lead to help lead daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
This role is responsible for supporting the management team, leading front-of-house staff during shifts, and ensuring service runs smoothly while upholding our core values of hospitality, teamwork, and quality.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead and support FOH team members during shifts
  • Ensure excellent guest service and resolve customer concerns professionally
  • Oversee daily operations including opening/closing duties
  • Delegate tasks and maintain efficient workflow during busy periods
  • Train and coach team members to uphold service and quality standards
  • Monitor cleanliness, organization, and overall guest experience
  • Assist with taking orders, running food, and preparing beverages as needed
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and brewery teams
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and food safety standards

Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant or café experience required (leadership experience preferred)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to stay calm and lead in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude with a strong sense of accountability
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Passion for hospitality and creating great guest experiences
