Job Overview
Responsibilities
- Cooking and mixing matches per our recipes and standards.
- Ensure pizza skins are produced to food quality and safety standards
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards
- Making sure your station is clean, clear and organized at all times
- Meet high volume production schedule
- Receive, store, and process food items according to Eno’s operating standards
- Maintain pars based on volume, determined by kitchen manager
- Work independently and manage time to ensure prep work is done and has primed the kitchen team for success during service
- Maintain proper labelling and dating best practices
- Employ the FIFO (First In, First Out) system with all ingredients
- Maintain proper time, temperature, and storage of all cooked and raw ingredients
- Maintain a thorough, fluent knowledge of the food menu, staying current with menu updates as they occur
- Work with a purpose, completing tasks in an efficient manner and offering support to teammates
- Follow sanitation and safety guidelines, as well as food handling procedures
- Perform duties in a sanitary and safe manner according to Eno’s kitchen operating procedures and the law
Requirments
- 1 year of food preparation experience preferred
- Experience with quantity food preparation in similar concepts strongly preferred
- Food Handler Certified
