Job Description and Responsibilities (include but aren’t limited to):

  • Collect retail and green fee sales via cash and credit card.
  • Greet guests.
  • Clean golf carts and members golf clubs.
  • Pick the driving range clean of golf balls.
  • Seed and sand tee deck to ensure proper grass growth.
  • Greets guests, provide prompt, courteous and friendly customer services.
  • Ensure the Pro Shop and rental equipment are clean and in working order on a daily basis.
  • Use a computer reservation system to reserve tee times for guests.
  • Work closely with the starters and marshals to ensure smooth operation and traffic flow on the course.
  • Manages reservation system, checks guests in, collects fees, and assigns tee times; informs players of course rules and regulation.
  • Maintain a cooperative, team-like attitude in working with supervisors and fellow employees
  • Assist with Back Shop duties when needed.
  • Work safely at all times and report unsafe activities immediately to your supervisor.

Job Requirements:

  • 1-2 years’ customer experience is recommended
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Able to perform physically demanding duties (standing, lifting, walking).
  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule (days, evenings, weekends and holidays).
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
