Job Overview

We are Crafton Volunteer Fire Department's local Club 128, with football season going into full effect we are opening our kitchen back up at 12pm on Saturdays and Sundays! We are looking for someone with availability to add to our team just in time for the busy season!

Responsibilities 

• Prepare all menu items following recipes and yield guides.
• Ensure the standards pertaining to storage, rotation, production, portions, quality and appearance are followed at all times.
• Follow food handling guidelines
• Ensure appropriate inventory of supplies and materials needed for associates to perform their jobs
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized kitchen

Skills 

• Maintain clean work area
• Time management and multi-tasking
• Ability to work in a team enviornment
• Previous experience as a Cook or similar role
