At Paris Baguette, we believe joy is baked fresh every day. As a Baker, you are the engine of our café— turning dough into golden croissants, fluffy donuts, breads, and more.
With your precision, pace, and pride, you help create an experience that feels as good as it tastes. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves early mornings, clean kitchens, and the rhythm of high-volume bakery life.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and bake all bread, pastries, donuts, and desserts to spec and on schedule
  • Operate ovens, dough conditioners, and fryers safely and efficiently
  • Handle prep tasks: scaling, shaping, topping, and finishing product
  • Monitor bake times, temperatures, and product appearance for consistency
  • Maintain a clean, food-safe, and well-organized back-of-house station
  • Rotate and stock ingredients, checking for quality and freshness
  • Complete production logs, waste tracking, and usage sheets
  • Flag equipment or supply issues to the General Manager
  • Support the team with flexibility and urgency to meet daily goals.
  • Help train new bakers in recipes and methods as needed

Skills

  • At least 1 year of experience in bakery production
  • Familiarity with baking techniques, recipe execution, and production timing
  • Knowledge of food safety, food labeling, and sanitization practices
  • ServSafe Food Handler’s Certification (preferred)
  • Confectionery or culinary background a plus
  • Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Excellent teamwork, organization, and communication skills
  • Team-first attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for hospitality

  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities
