Now hiring experienced bartenders and Servers at Hops N Shine! We are looking for bartenders with a strong passion for the craft beer industry and a commitment to providing an outstanding guest experiences at our location. Servers with have high volume experience preferred and work well with others. Willing to train the right individuals with a can-do attitude and passion for hospitality. Full-Time availability preferred and bonus points if you are familiar with the Del Ray community! ⠀ The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, outgoing personality and love engaging people about beer and all things craft; a minimum of 1-year experience in the hospitality industry (preferred), be extremely organized, detail oriented and have a can-do attitude. ⠀
