Responsibilities

  • Rotation from food running and hosting based on the needs of the restaurant
  • Hosting; answering phone, seating customers in a positive, timely manner, cleaning front lobby, cleaning bathrooms, taking togo orders, and taking reservations
  • Food Running; preparing, and taking hot food to tables in a timely manner, lifting food trays, running stairs as needed, making salads and desserts, cleaning expo and salad areas
