Moe’s Burgers & Brews – Thief River Falls, MN
Moe’s Burgers & Brews is looking for a motivated, hands-on Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen team. This is a leadership position for someone who takes pride in building a strong team, maintaining high standards, and creating great food and guest experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all daily kitchen operations
  • Lead, train, coach, and develop kitchen staff
  • Create and manage employee schedules
  • Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
  • Monitor and control food costs, waste, and labor costs
  • Order food, beverages, and kitchen supplies
  • Manage inventory and conduct regular counts
  • Receive and verify deliveries
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen
  • Assist with menu development and recipe execution
  • Work on the line and assist with food preparation during busy periods
  • Coordinate with front-of-house management to ensure excellent guest experiences
  • Help recruit, interview, and onboard new team members

Qualifications

  • Previous kitchen management or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and restaurant operations
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, organized, and solution-oriented
  • Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
