Responsibilities

  • Learned and maintained knowledge of drink menus to accurately and efficiently prepare cocktails for guests and service staff
  • Clean, organize, and stock bar daily to ensure fresh product and proper inventory rotation; and comeplete side-work tasks given
  • Assist in setup, transition, and closing duties to ensure seamless shift changes for coworkers
  • Process cash and credit card transactions promptly and accurately
  • Be able to address any guest concerns, issues, or questions with a postive and professional attitued
  • Comply with all city, county, state, and federal liquor laws, as well as health and safety regulations
  • Contribute to a fun and inclusive environment by collaborating with bartenders, servers, and team members to deliver top-tier service to guests

Skills

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
  • Detail oriented to esnure quality product from all team members.
  • Good time management and team work to ensure quality service while still completeing side-work or other daily task
  • Capable of moving and lifting heavy packages (up to 50 lbs – e.g., kegs, liquor/wine cases, fruit cases)
  • Bartending experience recommended; strong background in service industry highly recommended
  • Solid knowledge of standard bar cocktail staples
  • Creative mindset; contribute ideas for rotating specials menus
