Job Overview

Responsibilities 

  • Stretch, sauce, top, and cook a variety of different pizzas according to both recipes and customer requests
  • Maintain knowledge of food items and requirements
  • Visually observe food for quality
  • Keep walk-in coolers clean and organized, with every item properly stored, labeled, dated, and rotated.
  • Keep assigned area clean; reach-in coolers kept clutter free and disinfected with restaurant issued cleaning supplies
  • Be flexible and able to assist, including preparation and closing in all areas in the back
  • Other duties, tasks, and/or projects as assigned

Physical Demands Pizza cooks will regularly stand for long periods of time in a hot kitchen environment. Must be able to bend, stoop, turn, lift, walk, walk on uneven ground, carry and lift up to fifty pounds on occasion.
