Responsibilities 

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
  • Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation standards are met
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Comminicate effectively with team members during service
  • Work efficiently under pressure during busy shifts

Skills 

  • Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Basic knife sklls and food safety knowledge
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Dependable and punctual
