  • Execute all items to the highest standard following recipes and procedures.
  • Maintain high level of food safety practices.
  • Work clean and efficiently.
  • Must be available evenings and weekends.
  • Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Clean and maintain station in practicing proper safety and sanitation
  • Maintain inventory and record of food, supplies and equipment
  • Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes

Skills

  • Strong prep skills and the ability to multitask efficiently
  • Great customer service skills(counter service).
  • Work well in a team setting but can also complete tasks independently and efficiently.
  • Experience working in a high volume and fast paced kitchen setting (bonus if you have fryer experience).
  • Ability to learn and work quickly as part of a team.
  • An understanding to be punctual, reliable and the importance of consistency (quality control) in the final product.
