We are hiring crew members to work at both of our locations in Peddler's Village, Mama Hawk's Kitchen, and Fizzy Mama our new soda bar! Become part of the Mama Hawk's team, have fun, work hard, and get rewarded.
What You Will Do:

  • Become a Mama Hawk Kitchen & Coffee menu expert
  • Help make quality espresso, coffee, and handcrafted sodas
  • Keep things upbeat and friendly
  • Thrive in a team environment where you will collaborate with others
  • Build essential connections with customers; discover and respond to their needs with a customer-first attitude
  • Prepare and restock product
  • Help maintain a spotless shop, including cleaning countertops and minimal dishwashing
  • Follow all health, safety & sanitation guidelines

What You Bring Experience and Skills:

  • You are at least 16 years old (PT) 18 years old (FT)

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Food/service industry experience
  • Food handler certification
  • Problem-solving abilities

Physical Requirements:
As a member of Mama Hawk's Kitchen & Coffee team, you will be working in a retail food and kitchen environment, seamlessly going between the front and back of the house. This requires walking, bending, twisting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, pushing, and pulling to handle or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds. You will also be asked to operate hand-held appliances and simple kitchen equipment (pizza/panini ovens, etc.).You also have the ability to communicate and exchange information with coworkers and others is required.
Working Conditions:

  • High noise levels due to operations, customers, and overhead music
  • Will work near appliances generating heat

Varying schedule to include daytime, weekend, holidays, and extended hours as business dictates
