Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers, read and listen to people to determine beverage preferences, make recommendations, and take food and drink orders.
  • Assist servers with beverage orders.
  • Inform customers about new beverages and specials.
  • Select and mix ingredients, garnish glasses, and serve beverages to customers.
  • Check identification to ensure customers are of the legal age to purchase alcohol.
  • Take inventory and report to the manager for ordering supplies to ensure the bar and tables are well-stocked.
  • Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions.
  • Give a cordial farewell and invite the client to return
