Job Overview

 Responsibilities  Set restaurant for service, including but not limited to:

  • set up server sections
  • staff development
  • manage reservations
  • ensure dining room is clean and in order
  • coordinate with kitchen for daily specials
  • update social media
  • Oversee server training
  • Ensure that servers stay on task, deliver excellent customer service, and complete daily side work.

Skills 

  • Must have serving and training experience.
  • Bartending experience appreciated 5+ Years in the restaurant industry
  • Must have weekend availability.
  • Be a proven leader.
  • Position reports to General Manager.
