Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate seating assignments based on server sections and table availability
  • Answer phone calls and assist with basic inquiries or takeout orders
  • Maintain a clean and organized front entrance and host stand
  • Communicate wait times clearly and accurately to guests
  • Help ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience from start to finish

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor
  • Strong communication and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure during busy shifts
  • Basic knowledge of customer service principles
  • Prior experience in hosting or food service is a plus but not required
