Responsibilities 

  • Interact with customers and always provide exceptional service
  • Anticipate and deliver on the needs of guests
  • Elevate the guest experience through fun, engaging and meaningful conversations with guests
  • Tackle problems by using your exceptional organizational skills and your commitment to the guest experience
  • Answer questions about food, cocktails, wine and beer, and be able to give recommendations
  • Accurately input orders through POS system and accurately handle cash and credit card payments
  • Communicate with all team members to ensure items are prepped and stocked
  • Assist with clean-up workstations, set up, and restocking
  • Supporting other restaurant tasks and teammates as required

Skills 

  • Experience in restaurants is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate effectively, respectfully and work well with others in a team setting
  • Ability to execute and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask when required
  • Familiarity with handling cash or using POS systems
  • Able to work flexible hours which may include mornings, afternoon, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
  • A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to learn
  • Smart Serve required
