Responsibilities

  • Portioning chips, guacamole, and chip salsa

● Making and portioning salad dressings
● Setting up the Cajera station
● Verifying cash tills issued and returning accurate cash tills and till deposits at end of shift
● Suggesting add ons
● Completing orders accurately and properly collecting payment
● Quick and efficient guest throughput
● Stocking station and beverages
● Closing down and cleaning the cajera station and burrito line
● The cash drawer issued to the Cajera at the beginning of a shift is their responsibility and must match with their sales report.
● The Cajera must be a representative of Felipe’s and may be asked questions not specific to their daily duties—this could include questions about private events, job inquiries, ingredient sources, or otherwise.
● The Cajera is responsible for politely referring these inquiries to the Manager on duty whenever they are not completely confident in providing the correct answer.
● The Cajera’s direct supervisor is the MOD
