Job Overview

Excellent growth opportunity. Duties may include all aspects of managing, and organizing the operations of the winery kitchen which provides select food items available for purchase and to compliment our customers overall winery experience.
Qualified candidates must have knowledge of general kitchen operations, food preparation, and food handling and storage guidelines. Have working knowledge and adherence to food safety standards and practices. Demonstrate the experience and ability to use common kitchen equipment and appliances safely. Deliver excellent customer service to customers and patrons.

TABC and Texas Food Handler’s Certification required within 30 days of start.
Part-time position: Friday through Sunday

• Be of good health and physical condition
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items properly
• Demonstrated interest in food preparation and kitchen operations
• Basic food preparation and safety skills
• Food service sanitation, cleaning, and maintenance skills
• Courses in first aid, food safety and handling, and workplace hazards a plus
