Dobbers Roadhouse

  • Prepare, cook, and plate food according to Dobbers Roadhouse standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work station
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen during high-volume shifts
  • Stand for long periods of time on concrete flooring
  • Lift and carry items weighing 50 pounds or more
  • Work safely around hot surfaces, open flames, and kitchen equipment
  • Tolerate and perform effectively in hot kitchen temperatures
  • Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and management
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
  • Be fluent in spoken English and able to read English for tickets, recipes, and instructions
  • Maintain physical stamina and be in good working condition
  • Be available and willing to work weekends and holidays as required
  • Assist with prep work, cleaning duties, and opening/closing tasks
