We’re seeking a reliable, hardworking team player to keep our operation running smoothly. The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitizing kitchen tools and equipment, and ensuring our chefs have what they need to deliver excellence. Key Responsibilities

  • Operate dish machines and three-compartment sinks to clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and cookware.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish pit and kitchen areas.
  • Safely handle chemicals and cleaning supplies according to training and safety guidelines.
  • Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and communicate needs to management.
  • Assist kitchen staff with basic prep or setup tasks when needed.
  • Dispose of trash, recycling, and food waste properly and efficiently.
  • Ensure all equipment, plates, and tools are ready for service during peak hours.
  • Uphold health and safety standards at all times.

Qualifications

  • No prior experience required—training will be provided.
  • Reliable & Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings & weekends.
