Job Overview

  • Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests and seat them at tables suitable for their needs
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or transfer calls
  • Be proactive in scheduling and preparing for large parties
  • Manage wait lists & guest reservations via Opentable
  • Maintain contact with kitchen team members, management, serving team members, and guests to ensure that dining details are handled properly and that guests’ concerns are addressed
  • Act as a resource for Guests regarding the promotions, menu, hours of operation, etc.
  • Help keep restaurant tidy (e.g., sweep, clean doors and windows, restock, check restrooms, bus tables, refill ice or wash glassware)

We're looking for someone who has:

  • At least 6 months experience in restaurant biz - don't apply if you have never worked in restaurant.
  • Outgoing, charismatic, and personable
  • Attentive and flexible
