Position Summary:
We’re looking for a dependable, hard-working team member to join our Back of House crew. This position supports kitchen operations across multiple stations — including dishes, pizza, pasta, and fryer — ensuring that every meal meets Angelo’s quality standards and guests receive a great experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, dish area, and prep stations
  • Operate dishwashing equipment and ensure all dishes, utensils, and cookware are sanitized and ready for service
  • Prepare and cook menu items including pizzas, pasta dishes, and fried items according to recipes and portion standards
  • Keep fryer and pizza/pasta stations stocked, clean, and running efficiently
  • Assist with basic prep work such as portioning, labeling, and storing ingredients
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health standards
  • Work as part of a team to keep service running smoothly during busy shifts
  • Perform closing or opening duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with strong communication skills
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Kitchen or restaurant experience preferred, but not required — we’ll train the right person!
