Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and proactive Software Engineer to join our growing technology team. In this role, you will design, develop, test, and deploy reliable software applications across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC). You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including product managers, UI/UX designers, and system architects—to translate complex requirements into scalable, maintainable, and high-performing code.
Key Responsibilities

  • Application Development: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code across full-stack, frontend, or backend application systems.
  • System Architecture & Design: Propose and implement scalable system architectures, technical specifications, and database schemas.
  • Code Reviews & Quality Assurance: Participate in peer code reviews to maintain code quality, ensure security compliance, and share knowledge across the team.
  • Testing & Debugging: Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests; troubleshoot, diagnose, and fix runtime errors or performance bottlenecks in production environments.
  • CI/CD & Deployment: Maintain continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, automated build scripts, and containerized deployment infrastructure.
  • Agile Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, and QA teams within an Agile/Scrum environment to size tasks, meet sprint goals, and ship reliable features.
  • Technical Documentation: Create and update technical documentation, system diagrams, and API specifications for onboarding and long-term codebase maintainability.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Programming Languages: Proficiency in modern backend/frontend languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, C#, or C++.
  • Databases: Solid understanding of relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational (MongoDB) databases, schema design, and SQL query optimization.
  • Frameworks & APIs: Hands-on experience with modern web application frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js, Spring Boot, Django) and RESTful API architecture.
  • Tools & Infrastructure: Strong knowledge of version control systems (Git), cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Problem Solving: Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and a structured approach to technical troubleshooting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with automated testing frameworks (Jest, PyTest, JUnit).
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture, serverless design, and caching systems (Redis).
  • Knowledge of system observability and monitoring tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana).
