Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook pizzas and salads according to established recipes and standards.
  • Ensure all food preparation meets our high-quality standards and safety regulations.
  • Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen
  • Keep track of inventory and assist in ordering and restocking as necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service, especially during busy periods.

Qualifications:

  • Certification as a Food Protection Manager (required)
  • Experience in food preparation and cooking; pizza experience preferred, not mandatory.
  • Ability to work independently, efficiently, and manage multiple tasks in fast-paced setting.
  • Attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

Schedule:

  • Part-time or possibly full-time; day, evening & night shifts; must be available to work weekends
  • Flexible scheduling with expected hours ranging from 16 to 40 hours per week
