Job Overview
Responsibilities

Ticket Check-In: Scan tickets or QR codes at event entrances, ensuring attendees have the correct access.
Manage entry and re-entry processes, distributing wristbands as needed.
Address ticketing issues or direct attendees to the appropriate channels for resolution. -
Box Office Sales: Process on-site ticket sales using a point-of-sale system.
Handle cash and card payments, ensuring accurate transactions.
Provide information on ticket types, event details, and venue layout.
Assist in managing inventory of wristbands, VIP passes, and other admission materials. -
360 Camera Operations: Set up and operate the 360 camera booth, assisting attendees with using the platform.
Ensure all equipment is functioning properly before and during the event.
Monitor and maintain the quality of footage, providing customer support as needed.
Facilitate the sharing of digital outputs with attendees via email or social media. -
General Customer Service: Provide attendees with information about the event, including schedules, venue facilities, and parking.
Assist with crowd control and ensure safety protocols are followed.
Handle lost-and-found inquiries and guide attendees to appropriate locations for assistance.
Support the overall event flow by responding to ad hoc tasks or issues as directed by supervisors.
