Responsibilities 

  • Cooking food from scratch to order in a 65 seat restaurant with 40 patio seats as well
  • following recipes, checklists and cleaning responsibilities
  • working as a team to ensure that the kitchen is stocked with prepared food for service, and maintaining par levels
  • working as a team to ensure that the cleanliness in the kitchen is upheld at all times by adhering to daily and weekly cleaning checklists
  • Be accountable, have a sense of urgency, be respectful
  • Have fun! Working in a kitchen is supposed to be fun. Be an incredible team mate and lets work towards common goals!
