We provide a variety of recreational facilities and services to our members, including a golf course, tennis courts, swimming pool, and restaurant. Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role as a daytime a la carte dining server at Spotswood Country Club. The Server will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to club members and guests in our dining areas. The day-to-day tasks will include taking food and drink orders, serving meals and alcoholic beverages, ensuring tables are clean and set up properly, and handling payment transactions. The Server will also be responsible for maintaining a friendly and professional atmosphere in the dining areas and assisting with any additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role. Previous experience in a high-end restaurant or country club is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and procedures
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Certification in food handling and safety is a plus
  • Must be able to lift and carry a food tray weighing at least 30 pounds
  • Wait staff must have a reliable form of transportation

Pay
$12 - $14 an hour depending on experience plus tips
Hours:
Wednesday - Saturday 10:15 am - 4pm
