Responsibilities

Welcome guests promptly and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit.
Learn our food menu, craft beers, cocktails, and specials to confidently offer recommendations.
Take accurate orders, communicate modifications and allergy concerns, and follow up to ensure guest satisfaction.
Deliver food and beverages promptly, maintaining our standards for quality and presentation.
Manage multiple tables while staying organized and responsive to guest needs.
Process payments accurately and follow cash-handling procedures.
Keep tables, service stations, and dining areas clean, stocked, and organized.
Complete opening, closing, and side-work duties thoroughly.
Work closely with bartenders, hosts, food runners, and kitchen staff to keep service running smoothly.
Address guest concerns professionally and involve a manager when needed.
Follow responsible alcohol service practices and restaurant policies.
Arrive on time, prepared for your shift, and ready to support your teammates.

Qualifications

Previous serving experience preferred.
Strong communication skills and a welcoming, guest-focused attitude.
Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
Dependable attendance and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Interest in craft beer and willingness to learn our food and beverage offerings.
Ability to perform the physical duties of the role, including standing, walking, and carrying trays, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Current TABC and food handler certifications, or willingness to obtain them before starting.
