Experience not requried but must be able to handle multi-tasking in a fast paced and sometimes high stress work enviornment.
With tips, wages averagee out to around $14-17/hr and there is always room to grow!
We are looking for individuals that are reliable, motivated, professional, fun, and creative! We are willing to be flexible with school and extra curricular schedules. You must be avaialble 4-5 days a week for the first few weeks for training retention. We perfer 3 days a week minimum for availablity (20-25 hrs a week)

Responsibilities

  • Geeting customers and taking food and drink orders
  • Preparing and serving beverages.
  • Promoting and recommending menu options to customers.
  • Taking payment from customers.
  • Keeping the work environment sanitary and organized.
  • Evaluating and modifying processes to improve efficiency and quality of service.
  • Being knowledgeable of all food and drink items.
  • Doing dishes, sweeping, mopping.
  • Willing to learn kitchen duties and light cooking/baking.
  • Willing to learn how to prep and maintain salad bar.
  • Monitoring and keeping inventory
  • Assisting with inventory ordering
