We’re looking for outgoing, confident communicators who can keep things moving, switch gears quickly, and stay friendly under pressure. 💰 Pay and Growth
Starting base pay is $10 per hour, plus tips. Most new employees average approximately $15–$17 per hour with tips, although tips vary based on shifts and sales.
Employees who successfully complete kitchen cross-training receive at least a $1 per hour increase in base pay. Those who consistently demonstrate reliability, initiative, and leadership may also be considered for shift leadership, additional pay increases, and future management opportunities.

📅 Availability Requirements
- Availability for 4–5 shifts per week during the first 2–3 weeks of training
- A minimum of 3 shifts per week after training
- Weekend availability is required
- Availability for at least 2 Sundays per month is required
⏰ Current Shift Needs
- Opening shifts beginning as early as 5:30 AM
- Daytime shifts beginning at 6:00 or 7:00 AM and running as late as 3:00 PM
- Afternoon and closing shifts from approximately 1:00–7:00 PM
Shift times may vary based on scheduling and staffing needs.
☕ What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting customers and taking orders
- Preparing drinks accurately and efficiently
- Answering menu questions and recommending items
- Operating the register and handling transactions
- Learning kitchen preparation and light baking
- Washing dishes, sweeping, cleaning, and restocking
- Keeping work areas clean, stocked, and organized
- Assisting with inventory counts when needed
- Staying productive during slower periods
