Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of the food in the kitchen.
  • Perform routine kitchen tasks such as setting up workstations and ingredients.
  • Keeping the workstations full.
  • Dressing the food and bagging each order for the front of the house.
  • Making sure the orders are correct and matching tickets.
  • Keeping the workstation cleaned and making sure temperatures of vegetables, dairy, and meats are to standard temperatures in the workstations.
  • Make sure the cook has the correct amount of meat on the grill for orders.
  • Prep hamburger patties for the next shift and current shift if needed.
  • Prep Pastrami Meat for the next shift and current shift if needed.
  • Prep all Vegetables for the next shift and current shift if needed.
  • Make sure fresh Ground Turkey is placed in a secured container under the cold table with a accessible ¼ scooper.
  • Keep an eye on the front of the house to make sure all tickets are coming to the back of the house.
  • Able to lift up to 50lbs
