Job Overview

Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and customer-focused Restaurant Server to join our team. As a server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests feel welcome and well cared for throughout their visit.
Key Responsibilities:
-Greet and seat guests in a warm and professional manner
-Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations
-Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
-Serve meals and drinks promptly and according to restaurant standards
-Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
-Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and promotions
-Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow
-Handle payment transactions accurately and efficiently
-Keep tables, dining areas, and workstations clean and organized
-Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications:
-Previous serving experience preferred but not required (training provided)
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
-Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction
-Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
-Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
