Service Associate duties and responsibilities

• Provide excellent & genuine hospitality
• Greet guests and build connections with associates and guests
• Make suggestions based on ttraining, and salesmanship
• Take and serve food/drinks orders
• Up-sell when appropriate
• Arrange table settings and be detail orriented
• Keep tables clean and tidy at all times
• Arrive to work on time
• Cooperate and communicate with all associates BOH & FOH
• Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines

Servie Associate requirements and qualifications

• 1 years of experience as a Full Service Server
• Experience with developing constructive working and interpersonal relationships with colleagues and customers
• 1 years of experience with cash managment and POS computers
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Active listening
• Coachable
• Good physical condition
• Customer-centric
• High school diploma; food safety training will be considered a plus
