Job Overview

Responsibilities 

  • Greets guests promptly upon sight
  • Directs guests to Arcade areas upon request
  • Operates VR Equipment and Arcade and educates guests on VR usage
  • Interacts with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
  • Maintains a clean and sanitary VR area that meets Department of Health standards
  • Maintains a clean and sanitary arcade premises to Department of Health Standards
  • Complies with all food and beverage regulations
  • Informs guests of any and all drink, arcade, VR, or merchandise sale specials
  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • Patient attitude
  • Basic Computer Skills (MS Word, Excel, Email, etc.)
  • Customer Service Oriented Attitude
  • Experience with interacting with Children
  • Ability to educate guests in new technologies
  • Maintain a happy, friendly, and courteous attitude at all times for guest interactions
  • Ability to speak to both small and large groups for guest education with VR
  • Ability to upsell guests on a regular basis of guest interaction
  • Passion for Arcades, Comics, Retro Movies, and/or any related Nerd Culture subjects
  • Cash handling experience
  • Minimum 1 Year experience in Customer Service, Retail, or Restaurant/Bar
