JUN by Chef Evelyn Garcia and Chef Henry Lu. Explores the story of both chefs upbringing in a diverse household; surrounded by different people, food and culture. Garcia growing up in Houston, Texas and Lu growing up in the Bronx, NY, they want to share their life experiences through the food at JUN. JUN is a celebration of differences and funky flavors coming together through the lens of New Asian American food.
The name JUN (pronounced June) is a tribute to the Month, when some very important people were born. They are the reason this restaurant is coming to life (Including Chef Evelyn being born in June). It is all a dedication to how important our family is to us. With that we want to welcome you to our extend home at JUN
