Responsibilities

  • Greet tables warmly and professionally within 1 to 2 minutes of seating?
  • Wear the designated, clean, and polished uniform according to restaurant standards?
  • Demonstrate strong menu knowledge, including daily specials and 8ys (86'd items)?
  • Offer specific, personalized food and beverage recommendations?
  • Check back with guests within 2 minutes of dropping off their food?
  • Maintain proactive table maintenance (clear empty plates, refill water)?
  • Handle guest complaints or remakes calmly, notifying a manager immediately?
  • Thank guests warmly and invite them back as they leave?
  • Accurately take and input orders into the POS system using correct seat numbers?
  • Communicate special dietary needs, allergies, and modifications clearly to the kitchen?
  • Review the guest check for accuracy before printing and dropping it at the table?
  • Process cash and credit card payments promptly?
  • Maintain hygiene standards by keeping the dining area floors clean and ensuring restrooms are clean/sanitized and well-stocked throughout your shift.

  • Available to work 35 to 40 hours per week consistently.
  • Available for Friday day shifts.
  • Available for Friday night shifts.
  • Available for Saturday day shifts.
  • Avilable for Saturday night shifts.
  • Available for Sunday day shifts.
  • Available for Sunday night shifts.
  • Available to work on statutory and holiday weekends.
  • Available on short notice to cover emergency weekend shifts.
  • Able to work a "clopen" shift (closing Friday/Saturday and opening the next morning).
