Job Overview

Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of teas according to established recipes and standards.
Operate the POS system efficiently to process customer orders and handle cash transactions.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment, counters, and seating areas.
Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to ensure the highest quality of products served.
Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, answering questions, and making recommendations based on their preferences.
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service without compromising quality.
Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of coffee, food items, and supplies.
Requirements
Passion for HEYTEA and a positive, energetic attitude.
Previous experience in a TEA/COFFEE shop or food service environment is preferred but not required.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Basic math skills for handling cash register transactions and making change accurately.
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety practices is a plus.
Familiarity with POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts.
Must be able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights as needed.
