Woods Bagot is seeking a talented and versatile Fullstack Software Engineer to build, scale, and maintain our core digital products and internal platforms. Responsibilities

  • Full-Stack Development: Architect, build, and deploy end-to-end features using modern frontend frameworks and efficient backend services.
  • API & System Design: Design, develop, and maintain clean RESTful APIs and modern backend database architectures.
  • Performance & Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks, optimize application speed and responsiveness, and write secure, maintainable, and high-quality code.
  • Collaboration & Code Review: Partner closely with cross-functional team members, participate in code reviews, and help maintain engineering standards and best practices.
  • Testing & Security: Write automated tests (unit, integration, E2E) to maintain high reliability and adhere to industry security standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Frontend Expertise: Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and popular UI frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular), paired with modern HTML5/CSS3.
  • Backend Mastery: Demonstrated experience with server-side languages/environments (Node.js, Python, Go, Java, or C#/.NET).
  • Database Management: Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
  • System Architecture & Cloud: Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD deployment workflows.
  • Problem Solving: Excellent analytical skills, strong technical troubleshooting abilities, and clear communication skills.
