Responsibilities 

  • Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and kitchen equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area.
  • Assist with cleaning kitchen floors, workstations, and storage areas.
  • Remove trash and recyclables following restaurant procedures.
