Bartender

Job Overview

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about guest service, works well in a fast-paced environment, and can prepare drinks accurately while maintaining a clean and organized bar.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently.
• Provide friendly, professional service and create a welcoming experience for guests.
• Check IDs and follow all alcohol service laws, restaurant policies, and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area throughout the shift.
• Take drink and food orders, enter orders into the POS system, and handle guest payments when needed.
• Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and managers to ensure smooth service.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify management when supplies are running low.
• Open and close the bar area according to company procedures.

Skills

• Previous bartender experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and bar operations.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Team player with a positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Responsible alcohol service certification is a plus.
