Responsibilities:

  • Cook, grill, and assemble orders according to customer requests
  • Pre-portion ingredients and follow ServSafe standards for labeling and storage
  • Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
  • Operate Square Point-of-Sale devices to input orders and process customer payments
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Clean tables, countertops, and storefront glass between guests or as needed

Requirements:

  • Year-round availability (Must be able to work during Miami U breaks)
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment (previous restaurant experience preferred)
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
  • Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends (minimum of 2 Saturdays per month required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
