Server – Molly's Dover

Location: Dover, NH
Pay: $5.50/hour + tips
Molly's is looking for an outgoing, dependable Server to join our team in Dover!
We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, social environment, takes great care of guests, and knows how to be part of a team. Previous serving experience is a plus, but attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn are just as important to us.
We're also looking for someone who's comfortable occasionally picking up shifts behind the bar. Bartending experience is great, but it isn't required. If you're interested in learning, we're happy to train the right person.
All Servers must be at least 18 years old.
All Bartenders must be at least 21 years old.

What You'll Do

• Provide friendly, attentive service to our guests
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using Toast Point of Sale
• Have a working knowledge of our food, beer, cocktails, and other beverages
• Work closely with bartenders, kitchen staff, and fellow servers
• Handle payments and maintain accurate guest checks
• Keep your section and service areas clean and organized
• Help create the fun, welcoming atmosphere Molly's is known for
• Occasionally work behind the bar as needed and based on experience/training
• Follow all responsible alcohol service and food safety standards

What We're Looking For

• Friendly, positive, and comfortable talking with guests
• Reliable and able to work well as part of a team
• Able to stay organized and composed during busy shifts
• Previous restaurant experience preferred, but not required
• Bartending experience or an interest in learning to bartend
• Availability for a mix of shifts, including nights and weekends
• Must meet all applicable requirements for serving alcohol

Compensation

$5.50/hour base pay + tips
Earning potential will vary based on shifts, volume, and tips.
