Responsibilities 

Operate pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.

  • Monitor cooking times and temperatures to achieve perfect results.
  • **Quality Control:**
  • Taste pizzas and adjust seasonings and toppings as needed.
  • Ensure that all food safety and sanitation standards are upheld.
    Assist in ordering and managing inventory of ingredients.
  • Keep track of stock levels and notify management of shortages.
    Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
  • Follow health and safety regulations, including proper food storage.

Skills 

- Previous experience as a pizza cook or in a similar culinary role is preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of pizza preparation and cooking techniques.
  • Ability to create unique pizza recipes and adapt to customer preferences.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs)
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
